Bystander?

"The Natty Bystander" to most may sound judgmental. That is not what we are about. We decided one day that we wanted to give these people we acknowledge a kudos for rockin' their personal style. Most of these people are strangers to us, and we just so happen to run into them at the right place at the right time. These posts are meant to be a compliment to the individuals whom we interview, not criticism. We think they are rad and want to share their radness with you. Enjoy.

This blog is brought to you with a little taste of Boise and Vegas.
We are Chelsea and Lori.
We attend Utah State University in Logan, UT.
We're both studying art and enjoy fashion, and could never say no to 75 cent grandma earrings at the DI.
This blog is our outside of school continuation of learning and art, through strangers, about everyday fashion.
We're both still adjusting to the Utah scene, it's new to us.
But we're excited to have many adventures with the residences and students and their styles.
We're here to have a good time and meet new characters all over this place.
